Still learning to use

I've found that when drying fabrics of varying densities the heavier ones, i.e. sports socks still feel damp when all other items are much drier.

Nice machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice machine overall. I really love the lint catcher as it gets all the lint. This in turn means no more fire hazard in the tube out the back. You do need a lift for it as it is super low to the floor. I do have an issue with a big load and it having problems on auto as it stops prior to an hour constantly not finishing drying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Already needing repairs

Should be recalled due to poor design by Electrolu

Bought front load Perfect Steam dryer/washer less than 2 years ago.
Perfect steam function malfunctioned which required expensive, Parts, labor and service call. Dryer almost flooded my house due to perfect steam malfunctioning. I had to turn off water which also turned off water to washer. I could not wash or dry clothes for several weeks while I waited for repairman. Dryer should be recalled and costs not passed on to homeowner.

Works Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this dryer about 45 days and I'm still learning about the new features. Things feel damp when I take them out, but with a little shake they feel dry. I don't use dryer sheets and one thing I like is that there is less static cling with this dryer than my older model from a different manufacturer. The dryer is stacked and the control lights are really bright enough that I don't need other lighting.
I would recommend this to a friend!
