[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Immediately upon purchase, the dryer sensor was not working. A washed load would stop after 5-6 minutes. There are two cycles out of the 7 that you can choose the time to dry. It takes 1 hour and 1/2 to dry a moderate load with one towel and assorted other pieces of clothing. The whole heating system has to be replaced this Friday....3 weeks after purchase and after two home visits to determine the problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought Feb. Delivered March broke Aug. They were supposed to come yesterday New motor & blower, day off work - NO SHOW NO CALL & Still waiting for repairs, hopefully 10/20 NOW & another day off - 3 days off trying to get this repaired....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
