Doesn't dry throroughly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer because it is the most efficient on the market. The problem is that even when I set the dryness on "high" (vs. normal), in every load so far the clothes are still damp. So I have to set it for additional time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only the auto cycle will sense the dampness level of your load and adjust accordingly, while timed cycles will run for the amount of time you set. If the dampness persists, we would be happy to investigate further! Smooth, Stable and Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Front load dryer is built like a rock but is quiet. It has nice features for a quick dry or less dry. It has an economy option. It has a wrinkle free. It has a nice little beep that is pleasant when it is done. It has a nice size filter. I love it.

Love the dryer
