Outstanding unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we have had this unit for about a month. No real issues other than the alarm for when it is done goes off every seems like 5 seconds for at least 5 cycles. Once really is plenty. No other items to discuss.

I’m disappointed to learn you’re having some challenges with your dryer.
Are you choosing the right cycle for your load?
Drying times vary depending on the size and dampness of the load and fabric type. If the load is too small/large or almost dry, the moisture sensors may not detect enough moisture to continue the cycle, and the cycle may end after a few minutes. If this occurs, then select the time dry cycle to dry such loads. Room temperature and humidity, type of installation and electrical voltage or gas pressure can also affect drying time.
Try using a mesh bag for clothing getting caught on the lint filter.

A little disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a brand new Pair and had to have them out to fix the dryer just 2 days later. Need to have them out again for the washer and the dryer and we have only had them for less then a month. Love the brand just must have gotten the bad set!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazingly gentle

I have been washing everything that I used to be scared to dry. For example I have my North Face ski jacket in it right now that before I would never dream of anything but dry cleaning. Good quality machine

I spent months reading reviews and looking at different brands before choosing Electrolux and I’m very satisfied with my choice. I’ve only used the steam feature a couple of times so far but I think I’m going to find it useful.
