Great dryer, just one critique

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our dryer for a few weeks now and we like how it works! We were able to change the direction of the door easily, which was very helpful. The one critique I would add is that we are disappointed there are not many options for the "timed dry" cycle. While drying some loads, we have found that a few articles could have used just a few more minutes (example: jean pockets still a bit wet). However, the least amount of time to choose is 30 minutes. Of course you can choose to pause and cancel the cycles at any time, but it would have been nice to have a 15 minute option. Otherwise, we are very pleased with the performance of this product and would definitely recommend it!

Almost perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this dryer! EXCEPT the lint trap/moisture control bar. The lint trap is smothered by clothes almost constantly! I’ve a couple of “clean lint trap messages when the lint trap is near empty! The moisture control bars... need to by bent down a bit as the are very sharp and could snag on clothes!

Front load perfect steam electric dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a bit of trouble the first Couple weeks. On auto cycle, the machine would run & stop running every 6 minutes or so thinking the lint filter was full. We had a wonderful Electrolux tech cone look at it. He raised the back legs so load would ride forward in the dryer so it would hit the sensor so dryer would keep running. It worked. No more trouble. . It does a great job. Dries the clothes fast & efficiently. Haven’t really used the steam feature much yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love almost everything about this washer and dryer. I will say that the lint trap sensor is overly sensitive. When clothes tumble over it, it will stop the dryer and the clean lint trap message will come up but the trap is empty. It is very annoying. I also had an incident where the lint trap came out during me drying clothes and clothes got trapped in the dryer and now it makes a humming noise. But otherwise, I absolutely love this set!!

Design Flaw

Let me start by saying I have washers and dryers in my home. These machine literally “thump” as is if there was a sneaker in them even when empty. You will hear that noise throughout your house and especially if they are on a second floor of your home. Total joke. I would sell you all of mine for 50cents on the dollar just to get them out of my 6 month old house. Should have bought the Miele or Maytag . The technical explained that the barrel has a seam in it so when it rotates it always thumps. Really pathetic.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great dryer

With small loads things have a tendency to land on and block the lint trap which then doesn't let the load dry right. If you know that then you can adjust your loads, but I still fell that shouldn't happen and thats why I gave it 4 stars

Shuts off

Every time, the clothes flop over lint filter. Shuts down and instructs me to clean filter. Filter is clean. Push clothes in and restart. Does this about 6 times a load. Cannot get info either online or by phone. Chats not avail either
