Clothes tumble onto lint trap and trigger clean filter alarm every few minutes. Takes forever to dry clothes. Piece of junk!!!!

Try tilting your unit back to ensure the dryer is balanced correctly. You can also deactivate the ECO mode by pressing OPTIONS until ECO Mode is selected. New to Electrolux products

I bought my new Electrolux washer/dryer because we moved and was told they were top of the line products. I previously had LG and should have stuck with them. When I first started using the dryer it would beep and stop every 10 minutes telling me “check lint”. So annoying and frustrating that I had to go back upstairs, check the lint (nothing in it), restart and then repeat. Then I started doing small let loads and it helped a little. My husband tipped the dryer back a bit and that helped. The problem is better but still does continue to happen just not as often. Not sure if the sensor can be adjusted. In the end, I wish I stuck with what I had and knew to be a good reliable machine.

Decent Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have one big complaint about this dryer. When drying blankets, sheets or towels the dryer stops constantly telling me to clean the lint trap. I have the dryer set on Heavy Duty and I clean the lint trap after every load. I think that when the clothes are circulating in the dryer, if they get too close to the front of the machine the clothes cover the lint trap and causes it to stop with that warning. Either it is poorly designed or way to sensitive because it is very annoying to have to restart the dryer 4-5 times while drying heavier items.

Poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the set and the dryer, I am not happy with. it follows fall on top of the lint trap and thinks the lint trap is full, which it is not so the clothes sit there not dry. Have to keep checking every 5 minutes.

Are you having this issue doing small or large loads? Is your dryer balanced? Try tilting the dryer back to check and make sure your unit is balanced correctly.

Clean lint?

I wrote to Electrolux and called...since it was within 48 hours. Collette tells me to clean the lint trap. Then went on to say dryer sheets can cause it to say that. Hello, Collette...if you would have read my email, you’d know they dropped off the dryer 24 hours ago. Certainly, dryer sheets don’t crawl into the dryer in the warehouse. Problem keeps happening...

Too soon to tell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it seems to dry fine. Towels get stuck between the door and the raised "ribs" in the drum, which is annoying. We haven't seen an electric bill, yet, to see if it is more energy efficient than the old one. Our rating might change in time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Three different companies have come out to fix regarding the clean lint filter error. The clean lint filter error comes on and shuts the dryer down. There is no link in filter! Was told to keep the drier on timed dry...what a waste of machine!
