great features

Functionally, it is quiet and does not use a lot of water. it has a light which is great plus a whole lot of other features. I was surprise to see that it was quite economical as well.

Incredible washer

With having small children the quick 18 min cycle helps when you need to wash something in a hurry and also with steam to help lift those tough stains. The design and color and beautiful and look great just sitting in laundry room. Perfect for any size family. I highly recommend!

Like very much but had terrible squeak -Simple Fix

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like our Electrolux front load washer but during spin cycles when load was out of balance there was a terrible squeak that sounded like something rubbing inside along the drum. Sounded like a serious issue. I really didnt want to call for service since we had a difficult time getting it into our small laundry room. One day during the squeak, I put my finger all aound the unit and where the base and washer meet. I could feel the vibration of the squeak at the left front corner. It turn out to be the angle bracket that connects the base to the washer was moving just enough that the metal to metal contact held by just one screw was making the squeak. I check to assure the screw was tight and it was so I sprayed a small amount of WD40 to the the bracket where it contacted the base and no more sqeek. Been two weeks and still no more squeak. Hope this helps someone else. Electrolux should look into improving the angle bracket mounts or isolate the metal to metal contact..
