Clothes cleaned and conditioned

We were way overdue for a washer/dryer replacement. Never had an Electrolux product before. After comparing features, we opted in and bought a washer and dryer. The quality is tangible. Such a difference: our clothes come out perfect and soft.

Good washer but struggling with dry level setting

I think I really like this dryer but I am struggling with the dry level settings. Are used to always use delicate but it takes forever to dry the clothes on the lower settings with this dryer. There is a learning curve with it. I love the LED lights inside. My final judgement is still to be determined.

Quiet, efficient machine

I've had this washer a little over a month now and am still getting used to it. It has way more features than my last machine. I love that it's so quiet; that was a big deal to us because our last one was so loud. There's very little vibration even at max spin, which is important because we had to stack this set. One setting I used with my last washer that this one doesn't offer is a drain and spin for when I hand wash an item and want to gently spin most of the water out before I hang it up to dry. Overall I really like this washer and once I learn all the settings, I'm sure I'll like it even more.

Electrolux incredible super functional

So easy to use so sleek in appearance. Love all the features including the steam function. The display make life easy and lots of differenr settings based on the load size and type of wash load

Great washing machine

We got this machine a month ago when our other washer broke. This is a great machine. Many options for wash cycles, and very user friendly. If I knew how great this one was, I would not have waited until our old one broke to replace it. Don’t tell my family, but I love doing laundry now

Replacement for my Electrolux that was a lemon

Purchased the high end Electrolux washer just over a year ago. It was nothing but problems. Repair replaced 2 drums, 2 motors, 3 panels before deciding to give me a new one. Electrolux was very difficult to deal with and it took 6 months for them to replace it. Hope this new one isn’t a lemon as well. Lucky I purchased an extended warranty with the first one or I would have gone to the poor house trying to fix it. Hope this second one isn’t a lemon as I am not purchasing the extended warranty.. My next round of washer and dryer purchase will be a different brand. Customer service was a nightmare.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
