Only lasts a year

Ive had this washer 1yr and 2 weeks. There is a loud noise every time the water comes on and the door seal leaks. I did love this machine. At this price anything should last longer than a year. Finding info or a phone number for warranty service so far is unsuccessful. We'll see is customer service is worth anything since they sure are proud of there warranty as a selling point. Now hopefully you can actually use it. Disappointed my expensive washer barely made it a year without issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago. Love it so far. Especially like the magnetic feature that holds door closed but slightly open. My last washer of 18 years was a front load and learned that if you don’t want them to get a mildew smell you have to leave door open after done using. I like that the new Electrolux found a way to keep it open without being wide open. Probably safer that way and looks better. Like front loads. Clean great and use less water.

I did not buy the riser, because I never used one with my previous front loader, but this one seems very low to the ground. The lights around the option dial is so bright that it’s difficult to read which setting you’re on, and buttons are very sensitive to touch, sometimes jumping past setting that I want.

An upgrade that was 100% worth every penny!

Ft and we can't hardly put into words how happy we are with this purchase. Not only are we using less water but our clothes are being washed thoroughly and with care. Loads are always quick and efficient too! We couldn't be happier!
