[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd washer in 2 years. Broken valve both times. I would not recommend!

Superior Cleaning

We bought this washer a month ago and I am thrilled with it. With 50 years of washing clothes under my belt I can honestly say I have never had a washer clean our clothes this well. The features are set up very simply yet right on target being very user friendly. I would recommend this washer to anyone.

Excellent Washer

Everything we've thrown at the washer has worked well thus far. We have several dogs and are always cleaning their beds. The steam removes odors very well. The spin balances nicely and the estimated time has always been the same as actual. Our old front loader had continuous problems balancing the load for the spin which resulted in very long total wash times. We mostly use the cold water setting with medium spin and have had excellent results with this.
Only complaint is the blue color of the main cycle selections. Looks great in the showroom but cannot be seen with the lights in our basement. Had to make P touch labels for these settings and now all is fine.
