[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washing Machine is great, but not a fan of the soft touch buttons. To avoid any rotten smell, we wipe out the detergent tray and door seal after every use.

SO DISAPPOINTED

It probably cleans OK?, but it is so complicated. I've been doing laundry in my home for 50 years and always had Whirlpool, but needed a shallower model and so my husband researched and reviewed and found this. There is no way my family or housekeepers will ever learn how to wash clothes. That was one of my main reasons for upgrading, so family and housekeeper could handle the laundry in vacation home in Vail Valley. I'm just sick about this washer. Additionally, no matter how little soap I add to the dispense, there are soap suds on the front of the door and rubber 'gasket' even after a second rinse.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer two weeks ago and I'm disappointed in the fact that when the cycle is done there's water and soap froth on the rubber surrounding the door. Is this normal?

finally, clean laundry

MY LAUNDRY IS CLEANER AND THE MACHINE IS EASY TO TAKE CARE OF. I DO WISH THAT IT WOULD HAVE HOT WATER ON THE SHORTER CYCLES THOUGH.

Love my ‘lux

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After much research and talking with appliance experts, I decided on this washer dryer set with pedestals. Only had it for two weeks now but absolutely love it. I was hesitant to get another front loader because my first experience )different brand) resulted in moldy gaskets and smelly laundry room, despite taking all the precautions like leaving the washer door open, wiping the gaskets regularly. Was just a lot of work. That was many years ago, hopefully they’ve improved things. I’ve noticed that this washer gasket has holes in it for drainage, and a lot less folds, nooks and crannies than my original washer.
It’s a beautiful set, like the steam features, and love that I don’t have to bend down any more thanks to the pedestals. Hoping for a long run with this pair!
