Love it now that it doesn't leak

Only problem was a leak due to a bad clamp installed during manufacturing. spring clamp was replaced with a real hose clamp by the service provider, and it works great now. Big plus was I didn;'t have to wait 4 months to get it!

Great So Far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to replace our 27 year old Sears Kenmore top-loader. In my research, this washer/dryer consistantly recieved high marks for reliability. Our dryer was ^only^ 15 years old, but we went ahead and bought the set. We have had them a month, and so far so good. Both are user friendly and intuitive to use. When I couldn't figure out the delay time from the manual, I Googled it and found a short user video that explained it. With so many complaints about mold/smells with the front loaders, I am careful to dry the rubber sealing ring and door and leave the washer door slightly ajar when not in use. Both are quieter that my old set and have nice end-chimes rather than a loud buzzer. I am still trying to figure out the best dry time for different loads as they often come out still slightly damp and I have to put them back in. I consider that more user error than an appliance glitch. Overall, we are both very happy with the washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer was more expensive than other brands but now I understand why! It is a pleasure to use such a finely crafted machine. Clothes come out beautifully clean. It is quiet. An abundance of cycles that fit every need. It does not “dance” across the floor. Love the stainless steel drum with a light. If you are debating about paying a bit more for this machine-go for it. It is most certainly worth it!
