[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer and dryer set after my old dryer died. I am not a huge fan of the "deluxe" HE products as I have heard far too many horror stories of constant break downs and poor service. I firmly believe simple is better (and cheaper) when it comes to these things. But as I needed a set 'now' and these were the ones with the quickest delivery times (of course there were none in stock of any brand) I bought them. Our delivery men were not the best and just unboxed and set the set in our laundry room and left. At least the stacking kit was easy to install and this dryer was lighter than our old one.
After 1 month of use they haven't died and haven't eaten any clothes items so I guess they are ok for now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’re about two weeks in…. The normal spin is fast. Cloths come out damp. The high speed spin they’re moist. We have yet to put it on max.

Nice Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After downsizing my home and leaving my Electrolux washer/dryer for the new owner, I found that the washer that came with my new home was a water hog! I wanted a washer that used as little water as possible so as not to overload my peat septic system. This washer is all that! My clothes get clean and there's a cycle for everything The only thing I don't like is sometimes I get a "drip spot" of fabric softener on my clothes. Not sure if I'm doing something or it's the washer. That's not enough for me to not love the washer.
