Love the detergent options and different settings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this washer with a matching dryer last month. I like how little detergent it needs and the options for washing, especially the 18 minute quick washer and the timed wash settings. Some of the settings are very long cycles, but if I don't think it is necessary for a load, I can duplicate the temp and spin settings on a timed cycle and it works well!

Easy install, easy to use and best of all, it does a GREAT job cleaning our clothes. I was really kind of surprised what a great job it did. Also really like the quick wash option! Highly recommend!!

Really like the machine, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had several episodes of the door lock apparently not fully engaging. It will just click continuously every few seconds until we power the machine down. We go thru the reset procedure without luck. If we try again after a half hour or so it may work just fine or it may still fail to lock. Since it is random it may be hard to fix and we are worried it may come back after warranty elapses. It hasn’t happened for the last four uses so we are kind of stuck not calling for service because it’s not failing for now. Otherwise, we like the machine but would be hard to recommend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
