[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought both the washer and dryer combination and have been pretty much pleased with both. The major comment I heard from my wife is about the odor she has to deal with from the washer. This may not be a complaint about the washer but would welcome any suggestions as how to rid the odor since it also gets into the clothes. We have had to purchase extra items like crystals that is supposed to absorb the odor. I can see how this is going to get expensive with time. Any suggestions and answers as to where the odor is being generated. Is the machine generating the unpleasant odor or it is coming from the clothes. We did not have this issue with our old Maytag washer.

Cleanest clothes ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband had a positive covid19 test result. The sanitizing feature save my sanity and I believe protected the rest of the family. His sheets, towels, clothes, anything he came in contact with him went through the sanitizer cycle.

easy to use and cleans to satisfaction
