Love my new washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a warranty replacement by our local dealer and Electrolux. When getting the new washer we realized just how much of a lemon we had - the drum moved way too much making the maching dance all over, lots of noise. The new one is way way better, washes nice, spins clothes very dry so not a lot of time in the dryer. My only issue is the washer is a replacement to an original washer/dryer set by Electrolux and in just a few years they changed the height of them slightly. They should try to stick to same dimensions so that a replacement of one or the other will fit in nicely with your existing appliance on a pair.

Cleans Well but alot of noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generally happy. Cleans clothes well but it shakes and makes alot of noise. We think maybe it is unbalanced and plan to call for repair service. Hopefully it is adjustable and then i could say 5 stars.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

-Ensure that the wash load is evenly distributed in the drum, if the load is uneven that could cause a vibration noise.
- Ensure that the washer is resting firmly on the floor.

Great washer choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our second front loading washer and couldn't be happier. It is quieter than our previous machines and does a great job washing. Although I haven't had it for more than a month, I especially like the wrinkle release feature where the clothes don't come out of the washer plastered to the drum side with deep wrinkles.
