Best Washer I've Ever Had

Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not sure about the product when I first bought it because I had never heard of this brand. The store was really pushing for us to buy it saying how wonderful it was. I liked all the features it had on it so I figured I would try it. I have been so happy with this set since we brought them home! The clothes smell clean, they aren’t to wet coming out of the washer, the dryer doesn’t take to long to dry. And it’s quiet! Which is a must because I have small children and like to so laundry at night! Would definitely recommend to someone else!

Nice Washer with Ongoing Issues

Have had this machine for ~18 months in a single-person home (moderate use). While the machine has nice features and efficiently delivers clean laundry, I've experienced ongoing issues with the fabric softener and bleach dispensing. The 3 year warranty is parts-only, leaving me with 3 costly repairs, a recurring issue and an ongoing headache.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not happy

Received my Electrolux washer on June 9th and it’s giving me a E11 code and is pouring water into my pedestal... Called the 800 number and they showed no remorse and didn’t care at all.. Service guys came out and said the washer was DEFECTED!!!!!! I purchased a 3 year warranty and demanded a new one that’s not defected! The 800 number told me that they have to try and fix it first. I don’t want a DEFECTED WASHER FIXED ON!!! I need a new one‼️‼️‼️‼️
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect Family-sized Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have five very active people living in the house along with a dog and do laundry several times a week to keep up with clothes, towels, sheets, etc. This machine is GREAT! In the past, we've had issues using pods, but this year's model has a separate compartment where you can add pods.
For added peace of mind, we bought the five year warranty on the washer. This machine replaced another brand's washer which had the motor burn out several months after the standard warranty expired. While we know Electrolux is known for reliability, having a no-hassle, in-home repair option seemed like it made sense. (We didn't buy one for the dryer since a) there is less to go wrong, and b) in the unlikely event I had to disconnect the dryer and take somewhere for service, it's lighter than the washer).
I would recommend this to a friend!
