[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to replace my stacking unit, and asked my local appliance store which model they recommended. I’ve only used it under a month now...but so far like the wash features and it is very quiet and easy to use.

Great Features and Warranty

I purchased this washer and was blown away by the looks/features, the warranty, and the durability. 100% would recommend this washer to anyone.

Loud wrinkles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is EXTREMELY loud when spinning. Unnecessarily noisy. What should be noisy but isn't is the end of cycle beeper, which cannot be made louder, just turned on or off. Clothes come out of the washer looking like they went through the Viet Nam war, wrinkled like unwashed linen. Lots of bells and whistles but fails in basic washing features.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks for your feedback. We are not pleased to hear about your dissatisfaction with the washer. Here is some information that should help with your concerns. The washer has a high speed motor used to drive the drum to high spin speeds. You will hear a sound associated with these higher spin speeds, normally the sound is an indication the washer is operating correctly. If the unit is making a squeaking, grinding, or rubbing noise do not continue using the washer. Have you tried using the wrinkle release option that’s available for your model to help with the wrinkles? Hopefully you find this information helpful. did not work

We have not had good success with Electrolux washers. We had a similar model for 5 years that was nothing but trouble--simply did not work. Repair guy was there constantly. Finally was fed up and bought this new one. The "Options" buttons did not work--could not change anything. Company replaced it. The replacement had a faulty hot water intake. Am done with Electrolux washers. Dryer is fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
