[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works fine but noticed three issues. 1) two times when I went to load laundry, there was a lot of water sitting in the washer. I've never seen this before with other front loader washers that I've owned. 2) some times when the load is done, the washer says "53 min - clean wash mode" no club why it's occasionally doing this. 3) the white font on the washer is easily read but a few option are in teal color and barely visible
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for you great feedback. Please check to ensure your drain hose is properly installed. This will help with the back fill into the washer tub after a cycle is complete.
As for when your washer is showing "53" at the end of your washer cycle press cancel to clear out the display. Please don't hesitate to call should you need additional assistance. You can reach our Customer Care Team at 1-877-435-3287 Mon-Fri, 8:30 am-8 pm EST.

Fantastic Washing Experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My washing machine broke down during Covid-19 shutdown. I was in urgent need of a new machine but was looking to buy a top line product.
This machine is very quiet, efficient (only 47 minutes for a normal cycle) and the steam makes the clothes smell really great. Can't wait to get the matching dryer as well.
Oh, and the delivery was prompt and the people very considerate wearing masks and gloves.

Great new features on Electrolux

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this . It was my 2 Nd one. This one has the pod section to put the pods in so I like it better . It has a quick wash setting that takes 18-23 min depending if you use a pod or not . I would like a quicker fast wash but it washes nicely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My clothes and sheets are cleaner with this new machine.I like the Pod dispenser, this a plus. I have only used Normal and 18 min. fast wash. So far, I am very happy with this product.
