Stopped working within 1 month.

Bought this washer and the matching dryer after reading many reviews. I can say some of the poor reviews are what I also experienced. The washer stopped draining after about 30 days of average use. Luckily we bought from a local appliance store and a service technician came out immediately. They had to dismantle the machine and found that the drain hose inside had completely pinched off preventing the draining. They indicated it wasn't installed correctly at the factory with supports allowing it to pinch off. I am thankful they could fix it and it was considered under warranty but i'm disappointed in the quality and manufacturing of the product. Beyond that issue, I find it does a good job of cleaning the clothing, but both the washer and dryer are much louder then my previous Samsung units.

Great Washer

I love this washer and dryer set!

First Front Loading Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first front loading washing machine and we couldn't be happier. Our old top loading machine would wrap sheets into a ball. Go out of balance when washing towels. Use a lot of water. Our new Electrolux Front Loading Perfect Steam washer uses far less water and gets cloths, sheets and towels much cleaner without having to untangle or readjust the load. Great features and simple to use.
