Incredibly Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a new front load and decided I wasn’t married to the brand I purchased the last 2 times. Quick research and this Electrolux model was it. After installed it is sleek and elegant with large bright LED read outs.
The installer left it on an empty first load run. And when it hit spin we were stunned on how quiet it is. It made a whirrr sound with no vibrating or knocking at all. Even with sheet or towels it balances itself nicely.
Drum has a light. This was a new feature to me. It’s nice. Won’t miss that last sock.
Operation is really self explanatory and settings easy to select. Detergent “bin” is nicely marked... I kinda wish my dryer would die now so I can get the matching machine.
This is my first time purchasing an Electrolux appliance. I am now a big fan. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer for just over a month and am very satisfied with it. Although it was a bit smaller than my last washer, the directions say that it can be filled to the top (not packed!). Clothes come out with very little moisture - it's very efficient at extracting excess water. A huge plus is that the machine is quiet. The main selection dial is easy to use, and I like how the various choices clearly light up in relation to the setting chosen. The LED interior light is bright and you can't miss any clothes stuck to the stainless steel drum. I would definitely purchase again.

Horribly disappointed

Used bleach in the first load of towels. Six loads later, my pants were spotted with bleach. A month later and my husband's shirt has spots on it after the cycle. Cycles are very long and some of the defaults cannot be changed. The lowest spin cycle sounds like it's going to take the machine through the roof. Just washed the sheets twice because they didn't smell fresh. Nothing smells fresh anymore, truthfully. No return policy at the store. Not sure if that's a covid thing, but absolutely ridiculous to have to I've with this. A reputable brand at one time, but no longer, I guess.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great washer!

My clothes come out perfect and not super soapy. I also love the pods setting and that my king size comforter fits. I'm still learning all the other features besides basic washing but I highly recommend this washer.

Dream Washer

During those saving up/research years, I was going to the laundromat.. Actually, I've been relying on laundromats for well over 6 years. This is my first washer and I figured I could splurge on this and get a used dryer. I'm so happy with my strategy. I highly recommend. The difference in cleanliness and freshness of my clothes is astounding. I'm not sure I've ever felt like my blankets, sheets, towels, etc. had ever been fully washed before Electrolux, on god.
