[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the washer/dryer set 1 month ago and the only real complaint is that we wish the writing on the front wasn’t in blue, makes it hard to see in a darker laundry room.

Not pleased with the operation and water volume

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a front loading washing machine for 15 years so I am not new to this concept. This is my first time having an Electrolux brand machine. I am not at all pleased with it. There is not enough volume of water until the last 12 minutes of the cycle when it is in rinse mode. That is when there is any sign of sudsing and by that time, it is too late to rinse it out even with the settings set to Extra Rinse. AND I am using far less detergent then recommended. To the extent that I use about 2 tablespoons of HE detergent which I feel is not enough to truly clean the laundry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your washer is a high efficiency washer that does not require a lot of water. It's not recommend to washer overly large loads of clothes. Great machine
