Very quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this washer for a few weeks now and I am very happy with it. I especially like how quiet it is and how close to the rear wall it can be if everything in the back lines up properly. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because some of the font on the washer is blue (instead of white) which makes it difficult to read. Definitely not a deal-breaker, though. The other thing that isn't great about this washer is the "normal" wash time. It seems a bit long for a "normal" load. I know there is a faster washer cycle, I just think the "normal" setting should be completed in a shorter time period. Other than these two things, I am very happy with the washer. I stacked the units and was previously worried I'd be too short (I'm 5' 1") to read and reach the dryer, but that isn't the case. The stackable unit is very space-saving and I love it! I would definitely recommend this washer.

Excellent for the second floor

A friend of mine recommended this as he had one for many years and never had a problem. We installed it about a month ago And have nothing but good things to say. We’ll see how the reliability is long-term but right now, I give it five stars

Water does accumulate just a bit on the gasket, apparently this is expected since there is an illustration of how to dry attached to the washer. It has lots of options so you can determine very precisely your goals, for example it has a very hot cycle to sanitize, which could be very important to those working in fields with potential
exposure to COVID-19.

Clean Athletics

I can wash all of my gym clothes separately and on the correct settings. The "18 minute fast wash" is also a great feature. I also love the "whitest whites" setting. Great purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer and matching dryer two months ago(8/29/2020). The washer arrived first and it leaked profusely on the first wash. A service tech came out 8 days later to fix it. Apparently the manufacturer did not attach the hose that connects the liquid detergent to the actual tub. This meant that water was running to the detergent and then coming straight out into the tub housing. They never connected the hoses. Not sure how that got past quality control. Simple fix, but very surprised that this could be missed. The dryer arrived a few days later and worked great for the first 3 weeks. Currently one of the 3 fins inside the dryer is lose and falling off. The screws have come lose and the fin is essentially sideways in the dryer. Makes terrible
Noise as a result. Overall we are disappointed in the quality given the high price. Want to Love it.... but can’t given the start we’ve had with both products.

It's now fun to wash clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the washer about a month ago. The washer is a front loader and does not use much water at all. We like the soap dispenser because it has a separate compartment for discs. The cycles are shorter than our previous washer, but the clothes are still clean. The 4.3 cubic foot capacity is perfect for the two of us. Also we washed a queen size comforter without a problem. My wife finds the washer simple to operate and likes the dial and the option settings.
