not for pet owners!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You cannot access the pump filter and it clogs with dog hair and requires a service call. Other brands have a little door allowing you to clean filter. It cleans clothes well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good but not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Second floor guaranteed! I have my washer installed in my first floor laundry room. It shakes and rattles in the spin cycle until it gets up to full speed. I am not impressed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
