Unbelievable washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had several different washers over 50 years and nothing compares to this washer. It is quiet and the sanitize feature is amazing! I was dumbfounded after I put the Danes blankets in and sanitized them with that pod feature OMG! They came out smelling CLEAN! Anyone with a dog knows what I mean. I was skeptical that it would work but it did! Clothes are cleaner, towels whiter it just amazing!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features clean clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had washer for 1 month. I love the quick wash feature and my clothes have been so clean. This washer holds a ton of clothes and I love that I can wash a full load of blankets without having a balance issue. Two things to note, the fast 18 minute wash is only 18 minutes if you do a very light load. Count on the fast wash being about 24 minutes for a normal load. Also to use the steam feature, you need to have a splitter on your cold water and have two washer hoses coming from it in order for the steam to work. Other than knowing those things, right now I have nothing bad to say. It is a little louder than I expected on a high and max spin but not loud enough to deter me from buying this washer.

Less detergent and extra rinse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use detergent without dyes, etc., and are really glad to use less, as well as to have the option for an extra rinse with any setting. The steam clean makes it easier to skip on bleach, and that helps with my family's dry skin, too. Thanks for all the options; really important to me.

Shakes and Belt Issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about six months ago and it shakes horribly during the spin cycle and now there is an intense screeching sound. A service provider will check it next week to see if it is a belt issue. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with my purchase.

Problem with control panel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The day the washer was delivered I realized there was a problem with the control panel when I tried to select different options on the washing machine. It has been about three weeks since the washing machine was delivered. Hopefully, the problem will be rectified soon!

Really liking this washer

Super Quiet, Cleans Great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a 2nd floor laundry next to the bedrooms. I put loads in on the way out in the AM and the washer is so quiet, even on high speed spin cycle, that it doesn't wake my family. When we're downstairs watching TV you can just barely hear it.
