Great Dryer with lot of features

Excellent Steam Dryer!

I finally have something that dries my clothes efficiently and effectively, but a dryer that is actually nice to look at. It's easy to use and keep clean - I love it!

Lots of options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this for a few months now. It basically does a good job drying for large load - towels, cotton rugs, etc. I have had trouble with my large light-weight duvet covers and king sheets. Sometimes they will tangle up in one another and can even form a knot, requiring some time to unravel. The wrinkles left, also require a dryer redo with a wet towel (steam feature doesn't get the wrinkles out). I've also had a little trouble with a king-sized mattress cover - cloth on one side/rubberized on the other. The corners catch on the filter area just inside the door. Had to set it out to dry draped over some furniture. I NEVER had this problem with my old large Miele dryer (which is not made anymore, or I would have bought another one!). The Miele dryer drum would rotate in one direction for a little bit, then go in the other direction. NO tangles ever. I think this Electrolux design should be rethought.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Here is a tip to help with the drying and wrinkling: When drying a single large or bulky item, pause the cycle part way through to turn the item “inside out” and maximize drying effectiveness. It’s ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a whirlpool dryer. The tub was deeper. On this particular brand, when the clothes are done, and you open the door, all of the clothes fall out. It is quite frustrating!

Love my Electrolux Dryer

Machine is cumbersome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought both washer and dryer. So much bigger than previous machine with too many options but all are like that now. As with most things manufacturers give you lots of bells and whistles of which most people don’t use.
