Beautiful machine with some design flaws.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Electrolux specifically because I need to be able to switch the door from right swing to left swing. Unfortunately there are some issues for me with the machine. I am only 5'4" and my laundry supplies are above the machines. Every time I reach to get supplies or hang clothes I end up leaning on the front of the machine and it turns the on/off because it is touch. Not a good feature in my view. Also the first week I had the machine it was making some loud noises like metal rubbing. They scheduled a repair, but then the machine quit making the noise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Steam Dryer

Gentle on clothes and quiet
