Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer and dryer. Read great reviews on it. I’m a little disappointed after less than a year of use, the dryer lint trap came out of it’s place and into the dryer with the clothes. Without the lint trap there, my daughter and husband’s sock got stuck in the hole and create a banging noise. I had to call for warranty replacement. Now, when I hear noises, I keep looking to see if the lint trap is still in its place.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

some glitches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have had a couple of items catch between the end of the lint trap and the one longer black arm of the drum...not good and it damaged he item
several times, sox or other small items sit on top of the lint trap--which is more like a shelf and do not go back into the drum to spin..really an annoying design flaw. for being such a fancy machine, there are some very limited options as in choices of time for dry ing and turning off chimes

Poor design

I've had this dryer for about a month and the lint trap has been pulled out 4 times, clothes have caught on it 3 times, and turned 2 loads of laundry into a rope. Ruined at least $500 worth of clothes. The predictive drying feature usually doesn't get the load completely dry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Washer Yet!

Very efficient, effective drying

It is very efficient and does a very effective and gentle job of drying our clothes, towels and other items, The features are also great, enabling good flexibility with drying options.

Items get trapped by the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer along with front load washer. I have a lot of runners and small throw rugs I wash. They always get trapped in between the door and lint filter and the dryer shuts off. Small items like socks accumulate on top of the filter and don’t get dry. I’m extremely disappointed in the washer and dryer.

Is your dryer balanced? Try tilting the dryer back to check and make sure your unit is balanced correctly. This may prevent your rugs from getting caught in the drum.
Small loads will cause items to accumulate on top of the filter. If you still have the issue after adding more items.
