Great washer and dryer

I purchased 2 sets of washer/dryers about 3-4 months ago. They work amazing and do such a great job cleaning.
I would have provided 5 stars, however, one of the dryers had a terrible sound coming from it upon being turned on and running the dryer the 1st time. As a result, I had to have the brand new dryer serviced and they had to replace a fan part they suspected was making the noise. The sound has lessened and most people would be happy about that. The problem is I have a second dryer and can now compare. The unit that required service is quieter than before, but still not as quite as the unit not requiring service.

Doesn’t dry

I hate this machine. What a total waste of money. It doesn’t dry clothes. I end up hanging up clothes so they will dry.

Yikes! Brownie. I understand your concerns regarding the dryer not drying your clothes. I will be happy to assist. I have noticed this is a gas dry, make sure the gas supply valve is open. Ensure to select a heated cycle and not "Air Fluff or Air Dry". You can also try using a smaller load of clothes. Check the lint filter making sure it is clean from all lint. Great capacity

I bought just 20 days ago. I am impressed by the quiet yet efficient way the dryer functions. Lint trap is super easy and mess free. Happy I went with Electrolux.

Horrible dryer

I am very displeased with the performance of that EFMG627UTT dryer– not what I expected! I purchased that gas dryer on January 27, 2019, together with the washer for my brand new laundry room. Looks lovely, but it takes excessively long to dry a regular load of clothes on its factory “Eco” setting, producing so much condensation moisture, which caused a leak-dropping water (the bottom of the door) and collecting so much lint is around the door’s seal. Because of all these problems - I ended with deselecting “Eco” mode (a recommendation from the other user - posted over the internet) and taking off the sticker (with customer service info) which was glued inside the opening that door’s seal touched when locked (it was already getting off due to the dropping moisture). All that and deselecting “Eco” helped to cut the duration of the cycle (less time to dry) and stopped the water dropping from the door. In addition, the lint-filter ledge in that dryer is too large and narrowing down to the door, causing clothes to loiter/stack up on it, blocking filter airflow. Clothes sit at the door, even worse if need to use the dryer balls –as these are being piled up against the door on top of the filter and do not tumble. A lot of lint is being left on the clothes or sticking to the door seal. I really hate the lint-filter – is big and very inconvenient to clean - mess all over the place. More disappointment on “Perfect Steam” cycle– as I noticed wet spots on my down jacket. They should do a recall on this unit!!!

Overall decent stackable dryer

We’ve been using for a month, one issue is constant lint around door seal.

lint catcher comes out during drying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] several times the large lint catcher has come out during drying causing the clothing to be sucked down the pipe and destroying the clothing. Also the clothing sits on top of the dryer vent.

Excellent Dryer

The dryer is quiet, I like that you have different choices to choose from depending on the clothes you ar drying. I am still trying some of the new feature but overall the dryer is awesome.
