Great Dryer, but it came broken.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer to replace one that was leaking. It works really well, but it came with a loud clicking sound. The store we bought it from tried to repair it twice and then we insisted on a new dryer. Electrolux through our salesman at a local store agreed to replace the unit. It drys pretty well and the wrinkle free mode is really good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Huge capacity great features

Which is really great since we're a family of five. The features are really nice too. Now someone needs you to come up with a machine to fold it all! :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer in the Titanium Grey finish and it is beautiful! Company oohs an ahhs over this washer dryer set when they walk by our main floor laundry room. One reason we went with Electrolux is because the doors are reversible on both washer and dryer and we need the dryer to be on the left.. Love the pedestal with storgage! The lint filter is very well designed. The main reason we only gave 4 stars is because clothes, towels and bedding are not completely dry at the end of any of the cycle settings. And the cycles are much longer than our previous front load dryer. With this dryer we have to add additional time at the end or set the time dry at the beginning of they cycle in order to get things dry. We were also under the impression that the steam refresh option would get rid of wrinkles and cut down on our ironing time, but items come out with just as many wrinkles.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Gentle on Fabrics

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owned this machine for about a month and it does a great job. It took a several loads to learn what cycle and heat level to use to get the clothing to the dryness desired. The steam refresh is a great feature and comes in handy often. The only minor complaint would be that the laundry sometimes gets stuck on the flat lint screen with smaller loads. Also, dryer sheets occasionally get stuck between the lint filter and the dryer's drum. Other than those minor issues it is a great and gentle giant.
