Great features.

I really like this dryer and that I can adjust settings to my needs. I really like the large drum and the see through door. I did notice when I did a load of white socks they tended to pile up on the lint filter (like a ledge), but as the dryer tumbled they were pulled back in and then others stacked up a little. I thought this would be a problem, but it turned ok.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dryer is excellent like the matching washer. Features are easy to learn and no issues so far. Purchased a month ago and very happy with the pair.

I bought this washer and dryer set a month ago and am so glad I did. I love that you can use pods or liquid detergent and the steam/refresh feature on the dryer is the best thing ever!

It's finally working

Bought this dryer 3 weeks ago and when I tried it that evening it wouldn't heat up. Had the people that installed it come back out the next day and they said that the gas was turned on, but for some reason it wasn't heating. They had to call a repair place since it was under warranty and have them come out to look at it. He said that the gas valve was faulty and they would have to order a new part, as they didn't stock many parts. It was a holiday weekend, so it would be the middle of the next week before they could come back out and fix it. The part finally came in, was replaced and I finally got to use it 3WEEKS LATER!

Works as advertised

I bought this unit about 1 month ago. The features exceed my need so far and are great to have available. It does take a long time to dry compared to what I am used to. The clothes come out dry and wrinkle free so that is great. The giant link catcher is awesome. Not emptying it every time is a nice feature. I am going to call support and ask them about the banging when the Gas Starts up or Stops. It is very loud and I wonder if that is normal.

Dryer design problem

The lint trap extends too far into the drum, creating a shelf. Small clothes items like socks or underwear get flipped onto this shelf during the drying cycle. Once on the shelf, they no longer tumble and do not dry. Is there a fix for this problem?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great dryer, sensor is accurate, and dries fast.

This dryer is great. It is easy to use and the dampness sensor correctly detects that loads of laundry are indeed dry. The steam features work really well and do indeed reduce wrinkles while at the same time do not make the clothes feel damp. Another feature I have come to like is the lint trap. With our old dryer, I had to go outside and regularly clear lint from the vent. I have not had to do this with this dryer. The lint catch is designed with two sheets of finer mesh separated by an air space.
