Great so Far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dryer for a few weeks now. I love everything about it...have yet to use the steam feature. The only thing that I found odd was the design of the lint trap. I had a load of clothes drying and a shirt got snagged on the corner of the lint trap and pulled it right out into the load of clothes being dried. It has only happened once, but something to keep an eye out for.

easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this a few weeks ago to replace our old electrolux dryer. The updated operation features are pretty intuitive and easy to use but we do have a problem with sheets getting stuck in the drum and jamming the whole dryer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am sorry to learn about the matter with your dryer.
Based on the details you described, you could be overloading or not placing enough items inside your dryer. We recommend loading items loosely. The average wet load will fill the drum 1/3 to 1/2 full. Items placed inside the dryer need room to tumble freely for even drying and less wrinkling. When drying large items, try drying only two or three items at a time along with filling out the load with smaller items.

Defective motor?

Though no manufacturer can guarantee against repairs or service visit with any of their models, I am sorry about the experience you have encountered recently with your dryer.
I am pleased to know our service provider was able to pinpoint the issue and restore your dryer.
Please keep in mind when a service call is dispatched to our service providers, the initial appointment is to obtain a proper diagnosis. Then the servicer proceeds to order the required parts needed for your repair with their parts distributor. Finally, once part(s) arrive, the service company contacts you to schedule the service appointment to complete your repair. In some cases, this process does take a bit longer than other service appointments.
