[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does take longer to dry a load than my old dryer. I’m assuming part of that is due to all the energy efficiency stuff. My old dryer was 18 years old. I have to agree with the reviews regarding clothes getting hung up on the lint filter. If it’s a small load, I’ve found adding a couple old towels to the load helps.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wrinkles clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the dryer for 1 months. It wrinkles my clothes, especially the ones that should be wrinkle free, light weight, thin materials. I never had this issue with my old dryer for 14 years. I think it is a design flaw. The glass door is flat instead of being slanted, so the clothes bunches up by the door, where the drum does not have a chance to move it.. I probably have to return it... Too bad, because the washer we bought with it is great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s loaded with lots of updated features, like Perfect Steam, Eco mode, and Predictive Dry that my old one didn’t have. Plus, it’s an attractive appliance in the Titanium color!
