Simplicity

Love the large capacity and simplicity of it. My heavy, large blanket fits and drys without static. Before, I never dried my cotton tops because of shrinkage and yellowing. With Electrolux, I don’t have that concern anymore.

Does not fully dry...

We’ve had this dryer for six months now. I’ve tried numerous settings hoping I’ve been doing something wrong. But every time we run this dryer, the clothes come out cold and damp. I’ve had to run clothes multiple times to get them to come out dry. Even on the highest settings they don’t feel completely dry when done. My husband noted to me numerous times that the clothes don’t come out of the dryer with that warm comfy feeling, they ALWAYS feel damp and cold... avoid this dryer at all costs, I’ve had nothing but regret after buying this dryer. Which is disappointing because I bought this dryer after doing research thinking I was getting one of the best on the market. Boy was I wrong....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Too noisy!

I bought a matching set per the recommendation of the salesperson. I love the washer but not the gas dryer. When the gas kicks on (which is often) it sounds like a hot air balloon is taking off in our house. It also seems to take forever to dry a load of clothes at any setting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Drying time varies depending on size and dampness of load and fabric type. If your clothing is taking longer than expected to dry, you may want to check a few things, such as making sure the lint filter is cleaned and that there are no venting restrictions.

I purchased a front load Electrolux washer & dryer about 9 years ago. I use machines everyday, usually multiple loads per day. When my old machines started showing years of my constant abuse, I immediately went out to purchase the current model. These are wonderful!!!
