Air and dust filter platform is too wide.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Inside gas dryer air and dust filter platform is too wide so when dryer spines clothes land on that platform block the air flow and dryer takes long time to dry the clothes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hazard! Major Design Flaw

Purchased March 2020. Light use for single family home. Lint trap flew off during dry cycle January 2021 and clothing sucked into motor. We happened to be near the appliance when the lint trap flew off and able to cancel the dry cycle before anything catastrophic occurred. Removed clothing from motor. Waiting for service repair to come Wednesday to verify that this appliance is safe to use. This is a very dangerous product and will require close monitoring when used. Upon searching on-line for this issue, there are plenty of customers experiencing the same concern. This product should be recalled.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice machines. Great features. Happy with purchase. Only complaint, with small load in dryer,clothes get caught up on glass door and do not tumble.

Predictive dry isn't predictive

I bought this a month ago because my washer quick working and I wanted the matching dryer. It is really nice but the predicitve dry doesn't work well. I have yet to empty the dryer without finding at least a few things still very wet. Other than that it works like a charm.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My husband bought this dryer without me. I didn’t know how I would like it but, I love it!! The features are great, it dry’s In no time and it even tells you when your lint needs to be emptied!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great options

Verdict is still out. I converted to propane not sure it has any negative effects but is not drying a smaller load well. Waiting on service call. Laundry appears to be hanging up on top of filter next to predictive dry sensor and they don't tumble.
Love size and options available still have not used all of them.

Good machine

I had about a week, and it work. My old towels are nice and soft and the lint trap is well designed. Large and well trap and once you take the basket, you can even reach your hands inside to clean the path to the vent. It is so wide, I have never seen any other model have this path. Often I used to frustrated since I can see the big rump of lint but unable to reach to clean it. But with this model, I can.
