Lots of lint build-up in blower assembly

After less than a year of owning, there was so much lint build-up in the blower fan assembly that it was causing the machine to vibrate heavily and wasn't drying clothes as well.
There are only 3 of us in the household and we clean the lint trap after every cycle. I've had to clean the blower assembly every few months to keep it clean. We've owned the dryer for about 3 years now and I'm pretty disappointed with how much and how often the blower assembly becomes clogged, and how it possibly affects the performance of the dryer.

Drying time seems to be slower than our older model.
The washing machine is much faster and the slowed drying delays the whole wash day process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I'm happy with the dryer. It seems to take about the same amount of time as my old dryer, which is not the end of the world, but I know that other models on the market in this price range can get the job done much faster. For example, full load of laundry still takes 70 to 90 minutes. Also, unless I use the highest heat and longest settings, I find myself having to run an extra cycle, even if only for 15 minutes, to fully dry the clothes.
