I Love doing Laundry!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer as a set with the matching washer. I converted from electric to a gas dryer. This machine compliments my Electro washer perfectly. My electric bill decrease paid for this machine already. It is amazing how quickly the clothes are dry and need to be folded. I am used to reheating so many times that now when the signal goes off I know the clothes are dry. So many features that I am still learning to get the best results. There is a no static, no wrinkle and quick refresh that supplies steam. The lint catcher is so 20th century vs my other high end solution I retired. This set was my 50th birthday gift to myself during Covid. I am very satisfied!!!!

The worst experience possible

After installation Loud like a Rounded Rock noise.
Call to support 45 min on hold, Representative name Michael. Heard the problem close the phone.

Doesn't Dry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to run the dryer 3x for a few baby towels and onesies to dry, over and over again. I load it not even 1/4 full. The lint filter gets cleaned before and after each dry so troubleshooting has not worked.

Does not dry adequately

Bought it a month ago. It will only dry even small loads on the Heavy, Towels setting. It doesn't dry anything on any of the other settings.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dryer was installed three weeks ago. I am so pleased with its performance. The refresh selection works amazingly well. The dryer psi’s nicely withe the matching washer. I love the wrinkle release feature. My iron seems to be taking a vacation since it’s not needed as often. Even the finished signal is quite pleasant.
