Can’t beat ‘em

Bought a new place an inherited an old dryer that began eating clothes strings, so upgraded to the latest Electrolux washer/dryer and haven’t regretted it.

What I was looking for in a dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used the dryer a handful od times so far, but like what I've seen so far. I still have stuff to learn about the various options, so I'm hopeful it will be even better!
Still had a little static when using the anti-static option. And some smaller articles of clothing, like socks and underwear sometime don't spin as they get stuck in the door. Both these issues will hopefully resolve with time to practice what to load and how.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lint Trap

2 weeks ago I purchased this dryer. I was drying clothes and the lint trap somehow during the cycle became loose and mixed in with the clothes and apparently at the bottom of the lint trap is an opening to the mechanics of the dryer. Well low and behold when I went to get my clothes they were still wet. I noticed the lint trap was in with the clothes so I put it back and started it and to my surprise the dryer was making all types of noise so I stopped it. This is when I realized tons of my clothes went through the lint trap and were lodged in the underneath mechanics of the machine. I got some out and ruined quite a few of my clothes trying to free the machine of my apparel.
PRETTY MUCH DO NOT BUY THIS DRYER and IF YOU DO BEWARE OF THE LINT TRAP

Burned my blanket

I'd give this dryer zero stars if I could. I purchased the washer and dryer set, and while the washer was okay, the dryer was horrible. During the drying cycle, smaller clothes sit on the ledge where the lint tray is and they do not get dried. I had to constantly open the door and push them back in with the rest of the clothes. The worst part is that the dryer burned my king size blanket. I definitely would not recommend this dryer to anyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
