Quiet Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All in all we like the machine. My only complaint was when I reversed the door the pin didn't line up. The instructions only say "make sure the pin lines up" but there is no adjustment. I tried calling to get support, but got nowhere. I decided to make my own adjustments, but it was frustrating and time consuming. That feature needs to be better engineered.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Simple and effective

quiet operation fewer wrinkles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've noticed our clothes have fewer wrinkles in them than our previous machines. I like the refresh feature if you forget to grab your clothes out of the machine in a timely manner.

Went up in flames!

I bought this dryer less than 6 months ago and I always had issues with it getting things dry. I was told gas dryers were more efficient. Then it just caught caught everything on fire. That was last week and we are still waiting for someone to come and assess the dryer
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

takes too long to dry clothing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine a month ago to replace an old whirlpool dryer. This machine takes twice as long to dry clothing compared to my old whirlpool. Predictive drying in no accurate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To ensure that you're getting the best drying performance from your dryer ensure not to dry a load that’s too big or too small. If your dryer is overloaded or too empty, it will take longer to dry your clothes. If you are using fabric softener sheets, check the moisture sensor bars as per your use and care guide. Fabric softener sheets can leave a residue on the moisture sensor bars in the dryer, which can inhibit their ability to accurately sense wet clothes.
