My 2nd Electrolux Washing machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd Electrolux washing machine. My 1st Electrolux was so good and reliable that naturally when we moved, I purchased the same washing machine again. One thing to add, I originally purchased the Electrolux b/c I wanted a washing machine that was comparable to the Miele washing machine that I used to own without paying the price of a Miele. Needless to say, the Electrolux was a perfect choice.

Disappointed

Splurged and bought the matching set of 627 washer and gas dryer for our new house. Installed appliances and dryer started making a squeaky rattle noise after 25 loads or so. Noise goes away by lifting up front of dryer a few inches. The pair look beautiful, but the dryer doesn’t seem very good. Dryer loads on ECO mode take 100+mins. Turning ECO off brings time down to an hour or so. Still doesn’t seem to dry the right pocket area on men’s jeans, (even when selecting “high” dryness for the load).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Firstly, try leveling your dryer again front-to-back and side-to-side making sure it sits solidly on the floor on all four legs. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with my dryer. My clothes come out completely dry and I don't have to worry if they are done or if I have to put them back in because they didn't get dry. All the options are amazing on my dryer and I have yet to use all of them.

Front Load Dryer
