[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good washer. It has many settings and will get your clothes clean. Only twice where it did not do its job - still don't know why..once it didn't ring it the water and the other it didn't spin the whole cycle. The only thing I can't stand about this washer is the sound it makes when the load is done. Very annoying and will not stop until, it seems, forever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first front load washer. Have had it for a couple weeks. It’s pretty nice. Wish I could regulate the wash times a little more freely. Spin cycle really shakes the house, but clothes come out almost dry.

Poor quality with both washer and dryer

I purchased my washer 3 years ago - and dryer 3.5 years ago. I have had nothing but problems with both appliances. The rollers on the dryer failed after 1 year and I have replaced them each year - total of 3 replacements. They have again failed, but I will not repair again. The washer also started having buildup in the rubber gasket after 1 year of normal use. I live in a very dry climate, but always leave the door open to ensure that residual moisture can evaporate. Nevertheless, the washer has mold and residue that has built up in the rubber gasket. This happened with a previous Electrolux washer as well. Today, the washer just stopped draining during the clean washer cycle. I'm going to just dump both washer and dryer and purchase something more reliable and of better quality. These are not cheap appliances. It's a shame that the quality is so poor.
