Problems since day one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought an Electrolux front load high end washer and dryer. The washer does a good job of getting things clean, however don’t have small kids unless you want to use laundry bags all day because everything small gets stuck in the washer drain. Dryer is even worse.. clothes sit in top of the vent at the front and never move. Repairman says Frigidaire put the wrong fin for air control during manufacturing. So for now I have to move the clothes off the vent at least two time per drying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had the Electrolux EFLS627UIW for a month. The unit is the feel and quiteness of a high quality designed washer. The spin cycle has a very high speed run setting which has relativity low vibration. The features are very nice like the good draining of water at the door opening seal bottom to prevent water collecting and causing mold. No problem so far. Worth the premium money paid. I purchased the extended warranty at a discounted price by going direct to Electrolux warranty

Impressive m/c but shocked! Water leak on 7th use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine a 5 days ago and loved it since then. Its simplicity, elegant features, especially that it comes with the pod dispenser, which other machines don't have, and it helps to dissolve it better than others without that feature.
The technology advancement is mind boggling, i didnt find any other products having a 15min wash cycle. I decided to buy this pair after going through excellent reviews by many of you.
Not sure if i ended up getting a faulty piece, we were literally shocked to see water seeping out the washer door. Not sure what to do, weekends are big laundry days for us.

Quiet and large capacity
