Purchased (2) 16e's and so far my only complaint is that they did not come with a charging cord. The only cord that came with the phones was one that could be used from phone to phone (no USB on the end) so it could not be used to plug into an ac adapter to charge the phone. Had to drive a store and purchase one so I could charge the phone so it could be powered up. Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s just okay, but it could be better. Bought it because it was cheaper than the Samsung I wanted. However, it lacks the features that the other iPhones have.

I hate this phone. It gets hot during normal use. It doesn’t have any storage. It is worse than my old phone. I should have never “upgraded”
