The instructions on how to clear old phone could be a little easier for the technically challenged. Otherwise, very easy.

Hardly ever have service. Should have stuck to my old phone! A lot of the time when you try typing you have to hit the letter several times for it to show up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey Donell, we appreciate your feedback, and we are happy to hear you’re enjoying the phone itself, even though you are experiencing issues with the connectivity, which must be frustrating. Rest-assure we are here to troubleshoot this issue and make sure your connection improves quickly. Please complete our self- service form: https://www.att.com/get-support/?source=ILC208383817, where our team of experts can reach out to you and get working to resolve your Wi-Fi and Internet connection. Meanwhile, you can also try these troubleshooting steps from your end and see if it makes any changes:

1.Restart your iPhone: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary software glitches. Swipe down from the top right corner of the screen to bring up the Control Center and tap the Wi-Fi icon to turn it off, wait a few seconds, and then turn it on again.

2.Reset Network Settings: Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will remove all saved Wi-Fi networks, passwords, and VPN settings.

3.Check Wi-Fi Strength: Ensure you are within range of your Wi-Fi router. If you're too far, you may not receive a signal.

4.Forget and Reconnect to Wi-Fi: Go to Settings > Wi-Fi, tap the More Info button next to the network, and select Forget This Network. Then, reconnect to the network.

5.Check for VPN Issues: If you're using a VPN, try disabling it to see if it resolves the connection issue.
