Go to the store to buy your products. I preordered this phone thinking it would be faster that going in person. That is not the case. My phone was supposed to be here a few days ago and I still don’t have it.. pretty sure fedex lost it. Now I’m getting emails asking to rate my purchase that I still don’t have. Just frustrating
It took me a few times to make a purchase a few calls and finally headed into the store. I still need to pay activation fee after all the hassle. Def thinking about whether or not to retain my business herem. The device is also buggy and need an update stat
Always a terrible service. from store or thru a live agent chat, service terrible and a lot of wasting time. Without mentioning they take forever just to send you the device I will highly recommend to switch to Tmobile or verizon
Nice model. Good camera. Seems to be very rugged and can take a few drops and some water when accidents happen. Speed is very good. Overall a great choice.
