The phone has been great, however ATT has been horrible, they tried to overcharge me , and didn't honor their promotion about reimbursing me for my old phone so I had to pay $200 that should have been reimbursed. Will be going elsewhere as soon as I can.

I’ve been an android user for over 15 years. But they don’t work great with hearing aids. I tried the hearing aid function on an iPhone and I was sold. My iPhone 16 pro and AirPod pros work better than I ever expected.

We received two exact phones. One of them has been great. Mine on the other hand heated up to a temperature that I could not hardly touch it. It was the day after I received it. I had a GPS app MAPS to get to a doctors appointment.its a one hour trip. Again it got extremely hot. I took it to our local ATT store but no help. They said call the 1800 number and spend two hours on the phone to try to get help. I did not have the extra time to waste. The phone that did not overheat does great and holds a charge for a very long time. The one that overheated holds a charge about half the time. So I’m one out of two average.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well, there is much new in the Iphone Pro Max. I upgraded from an Iphone 12 Pro Max. Both phones are excellent, but the new PM16 is a major step forward. Most of the technical details are addressed by people more qualified than me. So I will focus on points that mean most to me. One of these I didn’t even expect. On the upper left side is a button which can be programmed to activate any one of several options. To me the most useful and extraordinary function is that if there is music playing around you (not necessarily on the phone), you can press the button for a second or two and the screen will identify the title of the music being played and the artist. Since I am a music aficionado, I can use it to identify both classical and modern music that I am unfamiliar with. A unique and very impressive feature. The phone also is noticeably faster to respond, has better battery life and faster charging. The picture is truly crystal clear. It also has a couple of features that allow for detection of emergency situations and easy connection to emergency services. It also has a very fast and easy to use method of transferring all my apps and data to the new phone, without the need to go to the store to have them work their magic. In short, I am very pleased with the new phone
