I have been a long time Android user and I decided to switch to an iphone because it has all the features I wanted. Everyone kept saying the iphone is not customizable and that just is not true. The iphone is fully customizable, way more than my Android ever was. Also, software updates don't break the phone, they actually help.

The touchscreen doesn’t always recognize touch. I have to close out and reopen apps and pages. The worst is when it doesn’t recognize touch when I’m trying to type my passcode to open the phone. The battery life is not great. I don’t use my phone much but I find the battery percentage dropping pretty quickly compared to the amount of use.
