Smooth process, took a little longer to process credit for phones turned in to be credited to the account but the amount estimated was the same as the amount credited
The iPhone 16 Pro Max is SO much better than the 16e, that I had from the insurance after my old iPhone broke down. The 16e was a terrible phone. It had internet connectivity problems and the camera wasn't even as good as the one on my iPhone 8. The camera on the new phone is wonderful with so many functions. The only thing that soured my acquisition of this phone was that, because the 16e was sent to me to replace my old iPhone via our insurance, (I had to pay the deductible, of course), I was not allowed to trade it in for the new 16 Pro Max and had to pay full price for it. So, in this case, having the insurance was useless and actually cost more than if I had just bought the new phone outright.
It’s not really any different than my old 14 pro max, the battery life is slightly better and the camera is marginally more crisp. The slider feature for the camera is cool, but in all honesty I dont really use it all that much. It’s a great phone. Very quick, and a nice upgrade to have USB-C charging. It does charge faster than my 14 pro Max, which is huge for me. ChatGPT through Siri is nice to have but you don’t get the full benefit of it unless you pay for the ChatGPT subscription.
