Some parts are very cheaply made. In addition the wheels are plastic and not easy to use when moving the grill. Should have included wheels that move the grill in any direction. With that said, it grills like a dream and keeps the temperature.

I like everything about this grill. I've owned two Weber grills and they never wear out. In my opinion, Weber grills are the best grills available on the market.

It’s almost 4 months since my purchase and I still can’t finish the assembly because none of the parts fit. Customer service is great and they keep sending me pieces in hopes to cure my problem but it still isn’t right. If you buy this product, buy it already assembled so you know it works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had a grill manufactured by another company. It lasted for almost 5 years, but it eventually rusted beyond repair. I started shopping for a new one and came across the Weber grills.
I first had to get over the sticker shock. I was impressed with the build quality of the material that was used to make it. It is heavy duty steel and not lightweight by any means. After looking at several grills, I decided to go for it. I had to go to several stores to find one in stock.
As for grilling: The first thing that I noticed was how quickly it preheated. 550° in about 15 minutes. Secondly, was the even heat distribution. I didn’t have to learn the hotspots on the grill surface. My old grill supposedly had higher BTUs, but it didn’t seem to be nearly as hot and they were spots that would flame up. As far as durability, only time will tell, but another great thing about Weber is that replacement parts are readily available. I’m very impressed with this quality grill and am enjoying grilling again.
