The griddles are fantastic! Gives me the option of open flame of griddle. Once you have this, you’ll realize why it’s more money. You get what you pay for.

The grill works great BUT I am very disappointed that upon assembly BOTH doors were scratched in the same place. You spend good money on quality items all to find that pieces are already ruined prior to use. That’s pretty disappointing. I would rate this 5 stars but I’m just extremely upset about receiving scratched doors.

This is my second Weber grill. The first one was over 10 years old and still serviceable, but due for some repairs so I decided to upgrade instead. I love my new grill. I assembled it my self and noted that all the pieces fit perfectly and quality control was excellent. I never had a side burner and didn't think I would use it, but I've used it a couple times already and it works great. Grill heats evenly and quickly, and I'm loving the extra room from the 4-burner model.
